The location is in the centre of the city and is perfect. Public transport is at the door. The famous Adelaide Markets are a short walk away. Apart from at the Adina itself there are plenty of restaurants and cafes. Supermarkets are 2 to 3 streets away. There is also a very well stocked Convenience store 2 doors away. The staff are very helpful. We were impressed with James who checked us in and out. If driving, and you opt for parking through the Adina, you can stop at the entrance in Flinders Street, deposit your luggage in your room and take the parking card to the parking station which is a block away. You can access the parking station 24 hours a day. We had a 1 bedroom apartment. Everything you need is there. It is a historical building converted in about 2002 so there may be some constraints on the layout. We had a very large living area, very well stocked kitchen. The bedroom and bathroom are on the smaller side. Read all you can about the original Treasury building. There is a perfectly preserved Government Cabinet Room which can be viewed, there are tunnels under the building which can be accessed, many photos on the walls along the extensive hallways and the courtyard with its fish pond is delightful.

the location was excellent for seeing everything and getting around the city. Nice part of town and safe. The room was great lots of space to relax . The bed was comfortable and pillows great. The room was lovely and clean and bins emptied everyday and serviced daily. Thank you housekeeping for a great job we appreciated your hard work to make our stay so comfortable. Reception when we first arrived was very welcoming and helpful, also suggesting lots of places. He asked why we were there and we told him to celebrate our wedding anniversary (golden). To our surprise he had organized a bottle of brut for us to celebrate. We appreciated the kind gesture a lovely surprise thank you Adina for employing such wonderful staff. The history of the Adina apartments was beautiful keeping the history intact yet being modern for our times. Great. We will definitely be back and get the message out Adina apartments Adelaide are wonderful place to stay.

Everything. From the ease of registration and friendly staff. Easy shirt walking distance to undercover parking. The room we had was spacious clean and comfortable. Despite overlooking the main thoroughfare outside our apartment, there was no obtrusive road traffic noise. The kitchen was equipped well. The bathroom included a bath. Great to have a relaxing soak after a day of sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs didn't disappoint. We had some lovely meals there. A bar for beer, wine, spirits and cocktails was hand and convenient. Inside the apartment complex is a beautiful courtyard with fountain. A great place to sit, have a beverage or a meal. Enjoy the ambience of the garden and surrounds. A hidden oasis. There are many people who walk past this gem without knowing it's there. The location is close to shopping, great restaurants, transport, entertainment and leisure venues.

The location was excellent, walking distance to the central markets, restaurants and shopping. The parking was offsite, but within east walking distance, affordable and the front desk staff made it easy by providing an access card. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were beautiful, large and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were great. The washer and dryer were older models but were functional. There was a full kitchen with a large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, pod coffee machine, full oven and stovetop. The beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff were very efficient. The smart tv in the lounge worked well (with built-in chromecast). The pool and spa in the basement were really good and we used them each day.

Excellent location, right in the heart of the city, well right in the heart of the big town that Addle Aid is. The apartments at clean and relatively well layer out for a short stay venue. We extended our stay and changed rooms, and the 2nd apartment was even better. There are reasonable cooking facilities in the rooms, fridge etc if you are so inclined, but with so many restaurants within a short walk it hardly seems worthwhile.
